Best Fashion of 2022
Back again with another edition of 2022 Best Fashion! If you have yet to see part 1 of this blog post, you can view that here. In part 1, we spoke about how the infamous fanny pack came back as the “belt bag” and how skinny jeans are out while baggy pants are now in. In the second half of 2022, we got introduced to “coatigans,” a mix between a cardigan and a coat, and more emphasis on vests. However, some staples will remain the same even though trends come and go.
Let’s dive in.
Sweater // Trouser Pants // Belt // Purse // Earrings
My trousers and sweater are great examples of closet staples I gravitate towards. They can both be styled in many ways. The hem pants fit true to size, and I am wearing size 25. The sweater also fits true to size, and I am wearing size extra-small! You can size up for a cozy and oversized fit in the sweater.
Coatigan // Top // Belt // Skirt // Boots
Last year it was shackets, and this year the new thing is coatigans! Coatigans are exactly what they sound like. A coat and a cardigan mixed. People love them because you can stay warm and chic without the bulkiness of a coat!
The coatigan I have on above is a size small, the black top is a size extra-small, the skirt is a size extra-small, and the booties are true to size!
Another item you need in your closet is black boots! These boots are from Sam Edelman and fit true to size. Perfect for the cold weather and can be styled up or down! Invest in a good pair of boots that will last you for years! The Best Fashion staples.

Sweater Vest // Jeans // Heels
Sweater vests were a go-to layering piece that came out in the 1970s and has returned in a chic new way! They are so versatile and a great way to stay warm in cooler temperatures. I am wearing a medium in the vest, and heels fit true to size, and for the jeans, size down one size!
Similar Sweater// Leggings // Sneakers
Athleisure is something you can always go right with. My staple Lululemon leggings and some of my go-to sneakers! I linked a similar sweater if you like the criss-cross-back sweater style. I was wearing a size four in the leggings in the 25″ length. Rag n Bone sneakers are true to size.
These chic slingback heels came as no surprise being one of our Best Fashion sellers! They are so comfortable; I just wore another style of these all day while walking around Paris! A closet shoe staple that will never go out of style. These fit true to size.
